The Perry Public Library will be encouraging teenagers to drop by and hang out with a program.

The library will have their first ever “Boredom Busters Program,” from 4 to 5pm on Tuesday. Youth Services Librarian Laura Pieper says that this will be a recurrent program that will occur on the second Tuesday of each month. Pieper says they just want teens to come into the library and enjoy themselves.

“(Teens) can come in any time between 4 and 5 and just play around with the makerspace kart, beam projector, board games, Wii console, just hang out, do your homework, totally free, No registration required if you want any information about either of the programs.”

This is a free activity and no registration is required. For more information, visit www.perry.lib.ia.us, call 515-465.3569 or walk in.
