Perry boys cross country will be back in action tonight in the Winterset Cross Country Meet at Lakeview Country Club. The meet was originally scheduled for this past Tuesday, however it was postponed till today due to extreme heat. The boys are looking to improve upon a 3rd place finish in the Madrid Invitational back on August 31st, the last time the team raced. Yonas Andemichael finished in 6th place and was the leader of the pack for the boys with a time of 18:35:43. Thad Stewart finished in 8th place overall for the boys as well as he finished the 5K in a time of 18:56:50.

The gun will go off tonight at 6:30 for the boys following the girls race at 6 at Lakeview Country Club. Stay tuned for results of the race after the finish right here on KDLS and raccoonvalleyradio.com.
