8:05am: Jay Wenger was booked into the jail for operating a motor vehicle without a interlock device.

8:37am: A deputy investigated a scam in the 200 block of Adaza Street, Adaza.

11:39am: A deputy investigated a theft in the 800 block of Eagle Street, Scranton.

3:24pm: A deputy investigated a theft in the 1100 block of 140th Street.

3:56pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious vehicle in the 600 block of Eagle Street, Scranton.

8:48pm: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 900 block of Cedar Street, Scranton.

Wednesday, September 6th

6:04am: A deputy investigated a theft in the 1100 block of State Street, Scranton.

7:54am: A deputy assisted a motorist on J Avenue near 220th Street.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
