September is the month of signing up for a library card nationwide.
Adel Public Library Patron Services Manager Amy Puck says that they are encouraging residents to come into the library and learn more about signing up for a library card. She tells Raccoon Valley Radio how easy of a process it is to sign up.
“Coming into the library, you are going to need some form of ID and proof of address. And so that way we can match you with your home library, which gives you other types of special amenities that you’re able to use.”
Puck says that signing up for a library card is free. For more information about the Adel Public Library people can use their website, walk in or call them.
