Funeral services for Lois Twidt, age 95, of  Adair, will be at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at Schmidt Family Funeral Home in Adair, with burial in Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery, just north of Adair. Visitation with family will occur starting at noon prior to funeral services. Join the family at the Adair Community Building following the committal service to help celebrate Lois’ love of the best part of a meal – dessert!

Lois is survived by her son, Del (Jo Ann) Twidt of Fountain City, WI; two daughters, Marcene (David) Oberholtz of Adel, IA and Marcia Spangler (David White) of Johnston, IA; a grandson, Erik (Ella Rippley) Twidt of Cochrane, WI; great-grandchildren Eli and Evie Twidt; brother Gary Wedemeyer of Adair, IA; and numerous nieces, a nephew and several cousins.
