10:12am: Audrey Hammond reported a Check Forgery had occurred with her checking account. The officer is investigating.

11:30am: An officer located a Homeless Male camping beside the RR Tracks on West McKinley Street. The officer advised the subject he was Trespassing and sent him on his way.

5:53pm: Rod Graven reported a Barking Dog in the 1100 Block of South Elm Street. The officer spoke to the owner of the animal, who advised he would remedy the issue.

6:54pm: Crystal Thomas spoke with an officer in connection to a Civil Issue occurring at 302 North Oak Street.

6:58pm: An officer transported a Suicidal Subject to ER for a Medical Evaluation.
