The Perry Chamber of Commerce will have their last summer after hours shopping event. 

The “August Sip and Shop,” will be from 4 to 7pm on Friday for Perry participating businesses. Chamber Director Lynsi Pasutti says that this event will give shoppers extended hours to purchase items or services at local businesses while enjoying a beverage. She tells Raccoon Valley Radio this will be the last summer themed “Sip and Shop,” before they switch the season to fall. 

“It has become a monthly activity, but a great chance for those extended business hours. See what’s new. Enjoy some refreshments. I was just at Backwards Boutique the other day and she’s already getting fall clothing in. So you know, you can be looking ahead if you want to, but you can also be enjoying just getting out for a night on the town.”

The refreshments and in store offerings will vary per participating business.
