Adel-De Soto-Minburn’s women’s volleyball team is still putting in hard work as the season is one week away. The women’s volleyball team hits the weight room to add on to their normal practice routine. Showing dedication to have another good year they implemented a morning practice.

The first series of games for the Tigers will be a home quadrangular game against Des Moines Christian, Harlan Community, and Underwood on August 24.
