As the 2023-24 women’s volleyball season for Panorama approaches we here at Raccoon Valley Radio would like to take a moment to shine the spotlight on one of our exceptional senior athletes. Allowing Panther fans a chance to get to know their senior student-athletes.

Our senior to be mentioned is Zoey Hambleton. Zoey has only played one season for the Panorama volleyball program, but has served as the teams outside hitter during her time. With only playing 25 matches she has played 64 sets, 4 assists, and 40 kills.

  8. What have been some of your favorite sports memories? (you can be as descriptive as you like) –
    • it would have to be seeing Hallie trip over a ball while on video as that was pretty funny.
  9. Brief summary of anything that you would like our listeners and readers to know about you?
    • not necessarily about me but if everyone can show up for our season that’ll be great. We only have 3 home games so we are hoping to get as many people there as possible.

As Zoey Hambleton prepares to step onto the court for her final high school volleyball season, we honor and celebrate her influence to her team and school. Their time as part of the team will inspire future players to follow in their footsteps, carrying forward leadership and teamwork that they have displayed during their 2 years as part of Panoramas volleyball program.

As a leader on the team Zoey has this to say about going into her senior season, “I’m excited to really lead the team I feel like already I  feel like I kind of have a big part. same with Hallie we’re there to lead the team, we’re the only 2 seniors we kind of have to pull everyone together for a good last season for us to have.” and a quick message to the underclassman, “enjoy the moments.”
