10:58am: An officer checked on an address in the 500 Block of South Cedar Street, after dispatch received a 911 hang Up Call from the residence. No one was home when the officer arrived.

12:57pm: Rollie Shaw reported a Stray Dog near Chestnut and Vest Streets. The officer did not locate the animal.

1:38pm: Dispatch advised of a 911 Hang Up Call, which mapped in the 900 Block of west State Street. The officer checked the area, and found no one in need of assistance.

1:48pm: Fareway reported two female shoplifters at 1207 North Elm Street. The pair had stolen $200.00 in baby formula from the store. The officer is investigating.

7:11pm: A Traffic Stop near Cedar and Madison Streets resulted in Christopher Quirk of Jefferson being cited for, “Driving While Suspended.”

7:25pm: An officer attempted to conduct a Traffic Stop on a vehicle with dark windows near 220th and Grimmell Road. The vehicle refused to pull over and continued southbound on North Grimmell Road. The vehicle eventually stopped in the 900 Block of West Mahlon Street. The officer arrested Ryan James Brown, 51 of Jefferson for, “Driving While Barred – Serious, Eluding – Serious, Interference with Official Acts – Simple, and Fail to Yield to an Emergency Vehicle – Simple. Brown also had an outstanding Arrest Warrant for, “Fail to Appear.”

9:09pm: A caller advised of fireworks being set off in the 300 Block of Edgewood. The officer did not locate anything in the area.
