Ruth A. Evans, 85, formerly of Beaver, Iowa has passed away on Saturday July 29, at the Eastern Star Masonic Home in Boone.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, August 3, 2023, at Carson-Stapp Funeral  Home in Ogden. Pastor Evelyn Lewiston will officiate. Burial will be at the

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Paul on May 23, 2006, three sisters, Donna Mosher, Evelyn Lansing, and Twilia Mackowiak, and her brother, Russell Dale
Smalley Jr. Survivors include her daughter, Paula Evans of Beaver, IA; son, Dennis (Marlene Thompson) Evans of Humboldt, IA; four grandchildren, Lindsey (Heath) Curless, Travis Evans, Jennifer (Dillon Heesch) Evans, and Sarah (Zack) Miller; three great- grandchildren, Kipton, Kennedy, and Kerrigan Curless; one brother, Paul LeRoy (Carlene) Smalley of Nebraska City, NE; as well as many nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
