July 28

Robert Allen III, age 38, 2713 SE Stone Ridge St, Grimes, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Operating While Under The influence.

Anthony Wiah, age 34, 1145 SE Olson Dr, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Scott Embree, age 40, 895 4th St, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended Cancelled Or Revoked.

Steve Salinas, age 43, 1033 Collins Dr, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Carrie Erickson, Adel, was traveling on K Ave at J Circle, when she slowed to make a left turn.  A vehicle driven by Samantha Laws, Adel, did not see her slow down until it was to late and ran into the back of Ms. Erickson’s vehicle.  Ms. Laws was transported to the hospital for evaluation of any injuries.  Ms Erickson reported no injuries.  Damage was estimated to Ms. Erickson’s vehicle at $3000 and she drove from the scene. Damage to Ms. Laws’ vehicle was estimated at $20000 and it was towed from the scene.  Ms. Law was cited for Failure To Stop In Assured Clear Distance.

A minor driver was traveling in the 33500 block of I Ave when the driver pulled to the side of the road and entered the ditch.  The vehicle rolled onto it’s top.  The driver reported no injuries and damage was estimated at $5000.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.

July 29

Jesse Ocker, Coon Rapids, was traveling on 1st St in Redfield at the intersection of High St.  He began to proceed through the intersection when a vehicle driven by Zalina Morse, Stuart, entered the intersection also and hit Mr. Ocker’s vehicle.  No injuries were reported and Ms Morse was issued a citation for Failure To Obey Stop Sign and Yield Right Of Way.

July 30

Justin Cameron, age 36, 420 Court Ave, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Theft 4th Degree.

Jeffrey Hall Sr, age 43, 206 NW State Street, Ankeny, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Theft 3rd Degree.

Patrick Creech, age 28, 4412 E. 4th Ave, Big Timber, MT, was arrested for Domestic Abuse Assault.

Stephen Allen, age 37, 195 Gray Ave, Waukee, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence, Open Container, Driving While License Under Suspension, Driving While Barred and Operating Without Interlock Device.
