Thursday, July 27th

3:52am: Matt Schroeder of Jefferson reported a red passenger car on the shoulder of Westwood Drive near Linwood Avenue with its hazard lights activated. The Officer checked on the vehicle. It was having mechanical issues and the Officer transported the driver to a residence in Jefferson. The vehicle was later removed by the driver.

6:29am: Mike Klauer of Jefferson reported a black truck pulling a trailer being driven recklessly on North Elm Street near the intersection with Lincoln Way. The Officer responded and was unable to locate the reported vehicle.

7:50am: Michael Spaulding of Ogden requested a welfare check on a female in the 400 block of North Locust Street. The Officer located the female in the 500 block of North Locust Street. The Officer transported the female to the Greene County Medical Center for further assistance.

3:23pm: An anonymous caller reported a dog running loose in the 200 block of South Oak Street. The Officer located the animal’s owner and made arrangements for it to be returned.

8:43pm: Keishla Ramos of Jefferson reported a dog running loose in the 600 block of West Adams Street. An Officer was not available to respond to this call.
