Esteban Maradiaga, Humboldt, was driving on 195th St, near Minburn, when he fell asleep and missed a curve.  He entered the ditch and the vehicle overturned.  Both Mr. Maradiaga and his passenger left the scene on foot and were later located near N Ave.  Mr. Maradiaga and his passenger were both taken to Mercy Hospital for evaluation of any injuries.  Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $10000.  Mr. Maradiaga was cited for Failure To Maintain Control, Leaving The Scene Of Personal Injury Accident, Driving Under Suspension and Reporting Accidents At A Later Time.

Lawrence Rios, age 30, 3785 Windmill Road, Uvalde, Tx, was arrested for Possession Of Controlled Substance and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.

Alyssa Enderson, age 20, 13106 NE 104th St, Vancouver, WA, was arrested for Violation Of No Contact Order.

Benjamin Styles, age 40, 328 Pattee St, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Criminal Mischief -1st Degree, Assault With Intent To Inflict Serious Injury and Driving While License Denied or Revoked.
