The Adel Public Library will be hosting a special event with other libraries, but the deadline to register is approaching.
Patron Services Manager Amy Puck says that they will have their “Poolside Storytime,” at the Adel Aquatic Center at 11am on August 4th, but those wanting to participate must register by tomorrow. Puck says that they will join the DeSoto and Minburn Libraries for literacy and water activities.
“We do, however, read a story and then we let the kids swim for a little while. We also will have popsicles provided (and) this is a joint library event.”
