The Greene County Board of Supervisors met Monday in regular session.

The Board approved the 2023 fiscal year annual report from the county substance abuse prevention and treatment program with New Opportunities as presented, and making County Auditor Billie Jo Hoskins as the authorized signatory for E-911 checks. Additionally, the Board approved a road closure for a resurfacing project on County Road E-57 between Iowa Highway 4 and County Road P-14. Assistant to the County Engineer Tanner Stauffer told the Board a pre-construction meeting will be held this Thursday to determine the timeline for the project, but he expected it to be done within one month.
