Trinity Washington, age 18, 513 NE Delaware Ave, Ankeny, was arrested for Driving While License Denied Or Revoked.  She was also cited for Person Under 21 Using Tobacco/Vapor Product and Speeding.

July 19

Elizabeth Wendl, North Salt Lake, Ut, was attempting to pass vehicles on Hwy 44 at Amarillo Ave, when she collided with Kathleen Fitzgerald, Urbandale, who was attempting to turn left on Amarillo Ave at the time.  No injuries were reported and EMS was declined.  Damage to Ms. Fitzgerald’s car was estimated at $2000.  Damage to Ms. Wendl’s car was estimated at $3500.  Both vehicles were able to drive from the scene.  Ms. Wendl was issued a citation for Passing Too Near Bridge, Intersection Or Railroad.

July 21

Shyann Middleton, age 28, 3008 Cornell St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Theft 3rd Degree.
