This week’s Perry Farmers Market will have a different theme as the market will host Health and Wellness Night. 

Thursday from 4-7 p.m. in Josh Davis Plaza will be Health and Wellness Night and Perry Chamber of Commerce Director Lynsi Pasutti explains they will have guests like the Dallas County Hospital, Dallas County Public Health, Perry Lutheran Homes, Every Step Hospice, Broadlawns Medical Center, among others. 

“So it’s just a chance for them to get out some of their information, use that as a platform to reach the community and then also for the community to learn more about those organizations and the services they provide. So it’s a great partnership when we have these special events at the farmer’s market.”

The special theme nights take place on the third Thursday at the farmers market. Additionally, 2nd Street between Willis Avenue and Warford Street will be closed to vehicular traffic. Parking available at the Perry Public Library, Caboose Park, and the City lot on the northeast corner of 1st and Warford.
