The Perry City Council met on Monday. 

The Council approved a resolution awarding a quote for the 2023 PCC Crack Sealing Project at the price tag of $43,000 from Fahrner Asphalt Sealers LLC. They also approved authorizing a fireworks permit for P and M Displays to put on a fireworks display at halftime of the homecoming football game. The Council approved an update and installation of various traffic controls in the forms of stop and yield signs. This improvement was required with the the completion of certain areas within the 2020 Downtown Street and Utility Improvements Project 

In old business, they approved two pay applications for the runaway relocation phase 3 for $161,975 and the wastewater treatment facility improvements for $591,975.
