There will be an opportunity next weekend to attend a wrestling clinic for Adair – Casey / Guthrie Center Chargers wrestling members.
There will be workout clinics from 10am to noon on July 15th and 16th at the wrestling building. University of Northern Iowa wrestler Derek Holschlag will be the featured clinician, and will work to teach techniques, motivation, mental preparation and weight management during the workshops. Individuals will also work to develop in the three main positions to try and gain an edge once they return to wrestling during the school year.
