Russell Marler, age 41, was arrested on a warrant for Operate Vehicle Without Owners Consent, Failure To Obey Stop Sign, Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked and Leave Scene Of Serious Injury Accident.
Michael John Kearney, Etna, Wy, was driving on I80 near mile marker 100, when he pulled over to the shoulder to avoid a collision with another semi that was stopped in the middle of the road due to an accident in front of their location. When he pulled to the side, another semi, driven by Bruce Faust, Arcadia, Fl, pulled between the two semis to avoid a collision and hit Mr. Kearney’s semi. No injuries were reported and damage to Mr. Kearney’s semi was estimated at $2000. Damage to Mr. Faust’s semi was estimated at $1000. Both vehicles were able to drive from the scene.

Shane Davis, age 46, 512 N. Division St, Stuart, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear. The original charge was Driving While Barred.
Christopher Adams, age 34, 403 SE Jacob St, Grimes, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence. He was also cited for Open Container.
