8:50am: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 235th Street near S Avenue.

2:25pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint in and around Paton.

4:51pm: A deputy investigated a careless driving complaint in Churdan.

5:00pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near S Avenue.

7:02pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a traffic stop in the 700 block of Cedar Street. Grabel Chia 49 of Churdan was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated 1st offense.

7:33pm: Grabel Chia 49 of Churdan was booked into the jail for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated 1st offense.

10:00pm: A deputy investigated a dispute in the 900 block of Cedar Street, Scranton.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
