A Redfield man suffered serous injuries from an All-Terrain Vehicle accident on Sunday.

According to the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office, a deputy was dispatched to the scene at 5:30pm to a rollover ATV incident at the intersection of  328th and Dexfield Road. The driver of the vehicle was unconscious when the deputy arrived at the scene and could not answer questions about how the incident happened. The driver was identified as Daniel Mayer of Redfield and he was transported by life flight to the Methodist Hospital in Des Moines.

The deputy estimated the cost of repair at $0 because there was no obvious damage to the ATV at the scene. Raccoon Valley Radio will provide you more information as it becomes official.
