Dallas County Hospital and Family Clinics CEO Angela Martoza shared her insight on the acquisition of a new clinic.

Martoza says that they have purchased the Broadlawns Dallas Center Clinic and will rename it to DCH Family Medicine Dallas Center and it will be open for their patients on July 1st. Martoza shares that Doctor Nick Palmer will be making the transition to this clinic and Sherry Schroeder will continue her practice as a physician assistant along with most of her staff at the facility. She talks why they wanted a presence in Dallas Center.

“So part of our strategy as we look is we serve all of Dallas County. And so we had the opportunity to be approached by Broadlawns to purchase a clinic. And of course, that is being strategic in nature with really growing our footprint and reaching out to the community because we do serve all of Dallas County.”

Martoza says they have scheduled their ribbon cutting and open house ceremony for the new addition from 12 to 2pm on July 28th. The Dallas County Hospital and Family Clinics has locations in Perry, Panora and Dallas Center.
