The AC/GC Chargers were in action last night, as the baseball team traveled to Granger to take on the Woodward-Granger Hawks. Base hits were few and far between for the Chargers, with the first one coming in the third inning for Andrew Mahaffey and the other two coming in the seventh for Brock Littler and Keitn Kinney. The Chargers were unable to score as the Hawks gathered 2 runs in the first and third innings, 3 in the sixth and 1 in the seventh to take the game 8-0. The Chargers will return to action Saturday night, when they travel to Lenox to face off against the Lenox Tigers in Class 1A Region 6 action.
