The ADM Tigers baseball picked up a 10-1 Raccoon River Conference road win over the Winterset Huskies last night in Winterset. The ADM Tigers had a bakers dozen in hits with 13 last night. Junior Grant Rychnovsky went 2-3 and got his team leading seventh triple of the season while getting four runs batted in on the night. Senior Luke Greth went 2-3 and had two singles and came into score the three of the ten runs the ADM Tigers had on the night. Senior Sam Holloway had two singles while driving in two runs. Sophomore Grant Jansen pitched five solid innings while only two hits and allowing one earned run and improving his pitching record to 5-1 on the season

This win for the ADM Tiger baseball team will put them at 22-7 overall record and 12-3 in the Raccoon River Conference record on the season.  The ADM Tigers are currently has 15 wins and 3 losses in the month of June. Today, the ADM Tigers will host the Carlisle Wildcats in a Raccoon River Conference regular season matchup with a 7:30 pm first pitch at the ADM High School Baseball Field. The ADM Tigers only have one regular season game left after tonight’s game against Carlisle which will be next Wednesday July 5th, as they will host the Norwalk Warriors in a non-conference matchup with a 7:30 pm first pitch. The ADM Tigers baseball team earned the Number one seed in the Class 3A Substate 7 Bracket yesterday. In the first round they will host the Winterset Huskies at the ADM High School Baseball Field with a 7:00 pm first pitch on Friday July 7th. If they win their first round game, they will host the winner between Carlisle or Clarke in the Second Round on Monday July 10th at 7:00 pm at the ADM High School Baseball Field.
