Rachel Kaufmann De Santiana, Dallas Center, was traveling in the 27000 block of Hwy 44 when she attempted to turn onto 240th Street.  Craig Twigg, Guthrie Center, was traveling behind her and did not see her vehicle in time to avoid a collision.  No injuries were reported and damage to Ms. Kaufmann De Santiana was estimated at $8000. Damage to Mr. Twigg’s car was estimated at $12000.

Martin Vidal, age 35, 312 S. 26th St, Denison, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Melvin Herrick, age 69, 2510 Lucinda, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.
