Tuesday, June 13th

8:31am: Officers assisted the GC Ambulance and Medical Examiner with an Unattended Death at 401 West Lincoln Way Street.

11:45am: A caller advised of a neighbor’s dog, which had its head caught under the fence in the 1200 Block of West Lincoln Way Street. The dog had freed itself and was fine.

12:36pm: Dispatch advised of an Open 911 Call from the area of the 500 Block of West Washington Street. No one was located needing assistance.

12:30pm: Charles Henderson reported the Theft of a $350.00 Money Order from his vehicle at 600 West Washington Street.

2:18pm: Cheryl Hanson spoke to an officer about a Civil Issue concerning someone living at her residence, who is no longer welcome there.

2:23pm: Brianna Byerly had questions for an officer concerning a Civil Property Issue.

3:21pm: James Pena requested an officer at 709 Pinet Place. He had questions about a reported theft of his belongings.

4:18pm: Bob Sharpe reported his mother had been involved in a Phone Scam. The caller advised of a virus on her computer and was requesting money to remove it. No loss was incurred.

4:33pm: Mary Monthei reported her cat was missing and she believed her neighbor had the animal. The officer advised if a cat leaves its property, it is in violation of city ordinances and it can be caught and taken to the shelter.

5:57pm: Tanisha Rice caught a Stray Dog in the 100 Block of North Olive Street. The officer placed the dog in the Animal Holding Facility.

7:07pm: An officer assisted a parent with an Unruly Juvenile in the 300 Block of South Wilson Ave. The officer transported the juvenile to ER to be evaluated.

8:09pm: Officers were called back to 709 Pinet Place for an argument over Civil Issues. The officer mediated the issue.

8:53pm: An officer issued a Parking Violation Notice in the 300 Block of North Oak Street for, “Parked in front of a Driveway.”

11:53pm: An officer located a female subject in Russell Park. He advised her the park was closed and she needed to leave the area.
