12:22am: An officer checked 1000 West Washington Street, after dispatch received a 911 Call from the area. All was fine.

1:50am: An officer located an Open Door at 1108 North Elm Street.

6:06am: A caller reported a Burglary in the 300 block of East Madison. Gaming items and change had been taken. The officer is investigating.

12:37pm: Laura Wine requested a Welfare Check on a subject in the 200 Block of West Vest Street. The officer located the subject, who was fine.

3:24pm: Sandra Stephan reported falling victim to a Scam E-mail. They were advised a virus was on their computer and it would cost $1900.00 to correct the issue. The payment was sent and then requests for further payments kept arriving. They realized it was a scam and ended contact with the subjects.

3:51pm: A Traffic Stop near Reed and Elm resulted in Christian O’Brian of Jefferson being cited for, “Driving While Suspended.”

4:42pm: Jim North reported a Stray Dog near Daubendiek Park. The officer placed the dog in the Animal Holding Facility.

6:18pm: An officer arrested Jamie Skylar Blackmon, 23 of Jefferson, on outstanding Arrest Warrants for, “Failure to Appear on a Driving While Suspended charge.

6:40pm: Kelly Madison requested a Welfare Check on a subject in the 400 Block of North Pinet Street. The officer coaxed the subject to ER to be evaluated.

7:00pm: An officer responded to a Residential Alarm at 707 West Harrison Street. The residence was fine, as the owner had accidentally tripped the alarm.

8:02pm: An officer assisted a motorist with car troubles at Elm and Lincoln Way Streets.
