Ethan Asche, Minburn, was traveling in the 26000 block of N Ave when he failed to yield to a vehicle that had slowed for construction on the road and caused a collision between his vehicle and one driven by Serenity Hulsebus, Grimes.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $1500 to Ms. Hulsebus vehicle and damages were estimated at $2000 to Mr. Asche.  Mr. Asche was cited for Failure To Stop In Assured Clear Distance.

John Snyder, age 40, 18811 S. Ave, Dallas Center, was arrested for Interference With Official Acts and a warrant for Domestic Abuse Assault – 2nd Offense.

Justice Grannan, age 29, 805 Roosevelt St, Polk City, was arrested on a warrant for Intimidation With A Dangerous Weapon.
