Perry Chamber of Commerce held their one and only “Friday Fest,” to kick off the summer on Friday.

The band Rukkus headlined the event and they played songs from country to rock n roll and  then kids enjoyed the several activities from the inflatables and dunk tank. Chamber Executive Director Lynsi Pasutti was happy with the attendance and participation.

“Overall, I think it was a great turnout. The weather held out, so we had a good turnout for the crowd and great weather for kicking off the summer.”

People also enjoyed the two food trucks and grabbed a sundae from the fundraiser rasing money for the Perry youth softball team.
