Both the Panorama Panther softball and baseball teams are hitting the diamond today in double-header action.

The softball team is looking to build on their momentum. They had a big win on Friday. They managed to win a high scoring duel with Mansion NW-Webster. The Panthers jumped out to a 5-1 lead after the second inning and never looked back, winning 5-4. Now they’ll shift their focus to Madrid. The Tigers have struggled early in the season, they come into the game with a 1-5 record. Panorama will look to get back to .500 after this one.

The baseball team has had a rough start to the 2023 season. The Panthers are sitting at 0-5 on the year. Panorama is coming off back to back blow out loses to Pleasantville.  They’ll be also taking on Madrid. The Tigers are coming into this game with a record of 2-3. It’s an opportunity for the Panthers to change the narrative of the season.

The action will start with baseball. First pitch is set for 6pm today in Madrid.
