The Panora City Council met in regular session Monday.
The Council approved a liquor license for Casey’s General Store, the second budget amendment for fiscal year 2022-23 as presented and a resolution reappointing Steve Baker and Dave Beidelman to the Planning and Zoning Commission. They also accepted $50,444.79 in bad debt, approved the tear down of the transmission of the 2016 Ford Police Interceptor to see if it can be repaired, and if it can not then a remanufactured transmission would be installed. The Council then heard a report on maintenance of the four ambulances.
