Mr. Dale E. Sunderman, age 77, of Atlantic, IA, passed away on Thursday, May 25, 2023, at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha, NE.

The funeral service will be held Saturday, June 3, 2023, at First United Methodist Church at 11:30 a.m. A luncheon will be held following the funeral in the reception hall of the First United Methodist Church.

Visitation will start at 9:30 a.m. till the time of the service also at the church on Saturday, June 3, 2023.

The family asks everyone to please wear the color blue in memory of Dale’s favorite color.

Interment will be held at a later date in the Atlantic Cemetery.

Mr. Sunderman was the former Cass County Auditor for 37-plus years as an elected official.
