Here is how the the ADM varsity boys track and field did at last weeks Iowa State Track meet at Drake: Sophomore Zach Lohmann placed 5th in the 400 meter hurdles. Sophomore Torin Timmerman placed 15th in the 3,200 meter dash. The team of Aiden Flora, Zach Lohmann, Cade Morse and Grant Engleman placed 9th finish in the 4×200 meter relay. The team of Hunter Schull, Shay Holdmeyer, Brayden Rynearson and Grant Engleman placed 14th in the 4×800 meter relay. The team of Grant Engleman, Jacob Kitzinger, Cade Morse and Chase Grove placed 23rd in the 800 sprint medley. The team of Zach Lohmann., Jacob Kitzinger, Luke Krantz and Joseph Kitzinger placed 4th in the shuttle hurdles. Sophomore Kyler Chapman placed 17th in the high jump. Junior Tyler Gelhaar placed 22nd in the long jump. Senior Vince Benetti placed 14th and junior Drew Hickey placed 16th in the shot put. Junior Drew Hickey placed 12th in the discus throw.

The ADM varsity boys track and field team did finish 9 points on the day and ended up with  a 24th place finish out of 44 teams while Pella got a first place with 73 total team points. This will now bring the end of the ADM boys track and field season.
