The Perry Bluejay soccer team lost an opportunity to host a playoff game tonight due to a shortage of state soccer officials. The state informed Perry that they will be doubling up a few locations tonight so that three officials will be present at ever game. Perry earned the top seed in Class 2A substate 8 but will have to travel to tonight to Jefferson for the 2nd round matchup with Carroll. The game will be played at 5:30 and will be part of a doubleheader. The winner of the Perry, Carroll game will play Wednesday night for the right to go to state.
