The Perry Jayette soccer team defeated Caroll 6-0 on Friday night to advance to the Class 2A – Region 2 Semifinal on Tuesday at Dallas Center-Grimes.  Junior Jenni Ramos put in 3 goals,  while freshman Karina Perez had a shutout as goalkeeper.  Alexa Garcia, Pauline Galindo, and Amy Diaz all contributed goals.
