The state track meet ended yesterday, and several Chargers athletes were on the track. Ava Campbell competed in the girls 800m run, and set a personal record of 2 minutes 23.93 seconds for a 13th place finish, and also set a personal record in the 1500m run with a time of 5 minutes 7.15 seconds for a 19th place finish.

On the boys side, Austin Kunkle was the one to beat, as he set a state and personal record in the 100m dash, taking 1st place with 10.52 seconds, then repeated the feat in the 200m dash taking 1st with a time of 21.69 seconds. The boys 4X100m relay team, consisting of Jedd Weinkoetz, Brock Littler, Lance Bunde and Kunkle were able to grab a 6th place finish, with a time of 44.26 seconds. Overall, the team was able to rack up 33 points, and finish 5th as a team at the meet.
