The Stuart City Council will hold a special meeting Monday.

The Council will take ratifying action on an amendment to add projects to the Urban Renewal Plan. They will then hold public hearings on entering into an essential purpose loan agreement, and two general loan agreements, then consider for approval a resolution to take action on the proposals and enter into those loan agreements and combine them. They will also consider for approval pay application number one to Caliber Concrete, LLC for work done on the Safe Routes to School Project, amounting to $2,347.40, before hearing Tax Increment Financing (TIF) applications from Stuart Economic Development Director Matt Funk, with The Cup on 2nd and the Bonnie and Clyde Hideout, LLC applying.

The meeting will start at 6pm in the Council Chambers in City Hall. For those unable to attend in person, a digital option is available here.
