Guthrie County 4-H members will have an opportunity for a meat project workshop coming up.
On Monday, there will be a tour of Guthrie County Quality Meats. The workshop that coincides with the tour will review the difference in cuts of meat, and discuss the value and necessity of the processing industry. The information provided in the workshop will be essential for any 4-H member thinking about having a fair meat project. The tour and workshop will begin at 5:30pm, and does require registration.
