4:31pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near Grimmell Road.

4:33pm: A deputy investigated a noise complaint in the 900 block of Cedar Street, Scranton.

7:05pm: A deputy assisted with a cow out on J Avenue near 290th Street.

9:24pm: A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint in the 200 block of I Avenue.

10:19pm: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on 220th Street and S Avenue. David Niehaus 54 of Carroll Struck a deer with a Nissan Titan causing an estimated 2,000 dollars damage.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
