Anyone looking for some items to beautify your home is happening this week in Jefferson.

The Thomas Jefferson Gardens of Greene County is hosting a three-day plant sale beginning Thursday from 3-7pm, Friday from 9am-6pm and Saturday from 8:30am-1:30pm. Jean Walker with the TJ Gardens says most of the plants have been locally grown inside their greenhouse. There will be hanging baskets, annuals, succulents, perennials, tomato plants, and more for sale. She points out that some of these have been growing since February and she wanted to have some different plants on hand, but also includes some of the more basic plants.

Walker adds the proceeds from the plant sale will be used to keep the gardens blooming and constantly improving.
