RC Shack

Two new businesses in Jefferson will celebrate their official openings with ribbon cuttings this week.

Good Stuff by Bill and Pauline, owned by Bill and Pauline Allen; and RC Shack, owned by Darren Charlson, that are located across from the Greene County Fairgrounds on East Lincoln Way are having their ribbon cutting ceremonies at 11am on Friday. Jefferson Matters Executive Director Matt Wetrich invites everyone to check out both businesses.

“These are things that will bring folks from out of town to Jefferson doing kind of these picking things, this is what the Good Stuff business is and memorabilia type of stuff. But then RC Shack is all things remote controlled. Darren at RC Shack is going to have his little dirt track ready by then he says. I think on Sundays he’s probably going to end up doing races and people come from out of town, and there’s prize money and all that stuff. It’s a fun, new thing.”

Open houses will follow the ribbon cuttings. Both events are free and open to the public.
