Young women in Dallas County are encouraged to enter a competition to earn a prestigious position. 

The Dallas County Fair Association has opened up their application process for women ages 16 to 21 years old to be a contestant in the Dallas County Fair Queen Contest. Applicants must serve on at least one of the following organizations that include a church group, Girl Scouts, 4-H or FFA. Contestants will gain leadership skills, interview experience and public speaking capabilities. The application must be filled out and submitted by May 19th.
