3:00am: A deputy investigated a trespass complaint at the Grand Junction City dump.

9:00am: A deputy assisted the City of Churdan with municipal infractions around town.

1:35pm: Jonathon Kennedy 35 of Marshalltown was booked into the jail for two counts of a probation violation.

4:19pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near B Avenue.

6:37pm: A deputy and Jefferson Fire responded to a field fire in the 1500 block of K Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
