Monday, May 1st

10:45am: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 900 block of Main Street, Scranton.

3:50pm: Morquett Jackson 38 of Fort Dodge was booked into the jail for fraudulent practices 2nd degree and gambling-avoid setoff.

5:59pm: A deputy assisted with a tractor that had slid into the ditch on Q Avenue near 120th Street. There was no damage to the tractor. The cause was the shoulder of the roadway caved in causing the tractor to slide into the ditch.

6:15pm: Michael Timmons 43 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for operating while under the influence 1st offense.

8:44pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near B Avenue.

Tuesday, May 2nd

3:00 am a deputy investigated a trespass complaint at the Grand Junction City dump.

9:00 am a deputy assisted the City of Churdan with municipal infractions around town.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all

defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
