The United States Drought Monitor recently reported on current drought conditions in Iowa.

For the Raccoon Valley Radio listening area, most of Guthrie County is currently experiencing abnormally dry conditions, while the southeast corner of the county is seeing no drought conditions. The northern half of Dallas County is also experiencing abnormally dry conditions, with the southern half showing no signs of drought. The northwestern half of Greene County is experiencing moderate drought conditions, while the southeastern corner is abnormally dry.
