Dallas Center-Grimes boys track and field grabs fourth place in Bondurant for the Bluejay Invite on Thursday.
The Mustangs finished the meet with 98 points, just eight off of third place out of eight teams. Some individuals for DCG that climbed in their respected event included Anthony Glay reaching first in the long jump with a jump of 23 feet and he wasn’t just satisfied with that. Glay placed first in the 100 meter with a time of 11.45 seconds. Additionally, in the 400 meter hurdles Kaden Woody placed third with a time of 1 minute and one second and his teammate Jordan Kalk finished right behind him in fourth place.
In the team events the Mustang 4×200 meter relay team finished first with Jace Kiley, Dayne Mauk, Karsten Freund and Cole Kestel and the 4×100 meter shuttle hurdle team place third.
