For the second straight week, the Perry boys track team will be competing in three meets over a five day stretch as the Jays head north to Boone for the coed Boone Relays.  Perry is coming off solid showings at both the Des Moines Christian and Carlisle Relays Monday and Tuesday.

Owen Myers maintained his top two status for the upcoming District State Qualifying Meet in the 400 meter hurdles, winning the event Tuesday night in Carlisle.  Renzo Saenz dropped his 100m dash time to 11.42 to remain in the top place for the Heart of Iowa Conference meet next week.

The Perry sprint med relay earned another medal with Tristyn Steil, Renzo Saenz, Sincere Mobbs and Owen Myers.
