Celebration of Life for Larry Dean Mullenax, 62, of Adel, will be held on May 6, 2023 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home – Adel
Chapel, with a short service of remembrance beginning at 4:00 p.m. Burial will take place at a later date.

Survivors include:  Wife, Leslie Mullanax; children, Jacques (Crystal)
Mullenax and Chelsea Mullenax.
